Terry Underwood Evans earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University and her Juris Doctorate from the Birmingham School of Law. Her practice focuses primarily on consumer bankruptcy. Before joining Pitts & Zanaty, she was in private practice concentrating in the areas of Bankruptcy, personal injury and products liability. Mrs. Evans also spent several years as a research attorney and legal editor for a legal publishing company. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Alabama and the United States Federal District Court.
